THE RULES

Clues without the colors.

Find the hidden five-letter word. After each guess, Hardle tells you how many letters are in the answer and how many of those are in exactly the right position. You won't be shown which letters they are.

Use the tiles to keep track of your thinking: tap to mark a letter as a possibility, tap again to confirm its position. Hold a tile to lock that note so undo and clear leave it alone.

You have 10 guesses per round. Solve the word or reveal it, then start a fresh puzzle whenever you like.
